Russia has learned how to handle it's Muslims. China has also learned how to deal with it's Muslims, though I think Russia does it better.
China knows how to handle Jews better, and I hope Russia has finally learned their lesson about letting Jews run loose.
@Justicar I would not mind muslim migrants if they are controled by firm hand how russia deals with feminist and other retards.
But the problem with jews is really significant for running good society.
Problem with jews is that they look or are white and easily hide in white countries.
Not mentioning communist jews are present even before WW2 and that was one of big reason Germany invaded Russia to deal with jews.

But for many can attain better physique to rise from sub5 to above.

Even if you're sub 5, it doesn't realistically change anything. The difference is only the price tag: while women will have sex with chads for free (or even pay), you can get the same and even prettier women by using the power of money.
Simply focus on yourself, stack up cash and defile every pretty woman's holes you can buy - it's not a bad life if you want it.
@sardonicsmile @unabomber I think I am not physically bad for women but I was too passive and never was in phase where I was ready or had place for relationship.
I was more focused on existential crisis and meaningful life.
If you are low body fat you are physically good for women another aspect is your height and your personality if you are passive or assertive.
I think you would need to have big problem to be sub5
