Just thinking: Women will readily fuck men they are actually sexually attracted to but NEVER consider committing to them.
"Getting the girl" means she does not actually like you (sexually; because women do NOT see men as human beings with feelings) thus the litany of excuses about "not wanting to rush things", because she is "looking for something serious".
