Both my dad and my mother-in-law/father-in-law give me a window in the perceptions of the older generations. They are right in the older demographic conservative voters that are capable of having hope that "Trump is going to get things done and fix America."

I wish I could share that optimism. But I cannot, knowing what I know of our country and understanding that unlike them, I am going to have to face whatever happens to the US in the coming years of hard times.

As with all things, I just want the truth... Let the chips fall where they may...

With no professional geologist background, and limited scientific knowledge in generaI, I just don't know what to think about this subject, but I suspect that there is much more to it than is typically advertised...

Pretend oil is from dead things in prehistoric dinosaur time

When oil is burned we should return to the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere in the prehistoric time

This means that if global warming is caused by CO2 than the amount of global warming from burning all the oil should not cause temperatures to be hotter than the time dinosaurs were alive

This means any alleged rise in temperature from burning CO2 can not wipe out all life, because dinosaurs could live at that temperature
