If I was the Nazi HNIC of the Reich, I would address the supply side in this manner:

“The AMA shall be disbanded, and residency caps outlawed. Use IQ tests/ASVAB style testing of highschool boys to find trainable recruits. Training shall be master-apprentice/science/lab training. No bullshit academic liberal arts electives.”

“Hospitals shall be private, with medical debt illegal, and hospitals forced to put prices up front for each procedure. No price collusion.

“Administrators will be limited to 3 people, and if more than 3, not to exceed 10% of total staff for each hospital.”

“🏥 executives who violate these rules shall be executed on a 4k livestream.”

For the demand side:

Eliminate bullshit demands on hospitals, @TrevorGoodchild mentioned EMTALA as an example. The Reich should put him in charge of increasing supply of medical workers, and eliminating nonsensical demand (probably via torture execution).
With medical debt outlawed as the usury it is, prices are public and upfront, and must be paid in advance.
Paying upfront prices can be done by private insurance for catastrophic ailments/injury. Routine medicine can be paid in cash (like every single other product and service). Government pays upfront for injuries due to non-criminally induced accidents (considered part of infrastructure maintenance), and victims of crime (considered part of fighting crime).
Criminals must pay cash upfront for any injury they suffer during the commission of their crimes. No cash? No treatment. The criminal dies in the gutter, and his body is dumped in a landfill by the garbage collectors.

Note that I’m not an expert on this, but someone like TrevorGoodchild would have much better ideas on this problem than me.

Chinese 🇨🇳 rocket company LandSpace, is testing its reusable Blue Focus 20 engine, a methalox FFSC engine similar to Elon Musk's Raptor 2 engine. It is probably planned for Landspace's next generation reusable launch vehicle that is 10 meters in diameter. In comparison, SpaceX Starship is 9 meters in diameter.
