Why do I feel tired and loose motivation?
>Looks at previous log on Fitbit, 2,400 calories burned. Less than 979 steps taken.
>Looks at Fitbit today, 2,820 calories burned. 4,000 steps taken.

>Realizes the pattern,
“My body is a damn food furnace”
>Starts analyzing food packaging for caloric intake and setting a goal for 1,000+ calories a meal. Sets time to eat.

@TenaciousGoat how can you possibly have under 1000 steps in a day? I get that many just from my morning routine.

@TenaciousGoat

If you reduce the fiber intake then you can eat more protein and carbohydrate without feeling as full

The body tends to use carbohydrate more than fat for high intensity exercise so 1 carbohydrate calorie near the time of exercise will typically improve endurance more than 1 fat calorie near the time of exercise

The body tends to convert carbs to glycogen instead of fat more if they are consumed closer to the time of exercise

Glycogen is how carbs are stored for endurance
