I just read a report about a trial that made clear to me a mystery from over 20 years ago when a judge and defense attorney conspired against an eyewitness in order to cut a provably guilty nigger loose. That is indeed what they were doing, it was no illusion. Unfortunately the details are so outrageous and specific - it was in the news - that I can't repeat it. I’m reading that snap is currently unfunded but apparently Trump is saying that it’s just a legal issue and he’s unsure if he has the authority to direct funds to snap. Probably a delay tactic. I think he will end up caving and pay out, but as of now EBT should be dry except in states covering out of their own funds.
