To take care of your body make sure you are well fed, stretch, exercise, rest when tired, have mutual beneficial relationships, practice discipline, routines, and love yourself everyone is imperfect.

Just finished reading an enlightening book about the hidden influence of Jews in media and academia today. It's eye-opening to see how they use their power to shape public opinion, while constantly accusing anyone who questions their dominance as 'anti-Semitic'.
I find it fascinating how these so-called 'elites' manipulate the masses with their propaganda, and yet claim victimhood when someone dares to speak out against them.
