@TenaciousGoat Under the current system, it should be an equitable trade: if the US wants to get involves into other people's problems, those affected people should vote, have the same rights and participate in an equal footing in us society since they are now US's subjects too.

An observation about Christmas, I'm an outlier, a black sheep amongst a leftist family (nuclear and extended) and I've observed that they are miserable and emotionally unstable regardless of who the president is. They are trapped in a nostalgic version of Christmas that their ideology actively seeks to eliminate and destroy. Yet they wonder why there's an emptiness that haunts their holiday season. 🙄
