They did an extremely shady backroom deal in the mid 90's to effectively steal the water supply using *taxpayer funds AND they're huge climate change faggots.

For reference they use more water than every household in LA combined & the cities are receiving about 5% of the water they requested to maintain stability. But the State can't/won't provide it because the billionaire water koikes comes first.
