Because today I browsed duolingo languages and saw hebrew. That made me to think if we should learn language of jews?

Man, it's a beautiful day outside here. I spent most of the morning until now reformatting and transposing songs on a laptop out on the patio. Coffee, bacon, an egg-and-cheese sandwich, a tall glass of water . . . and now I'm going to vacuum my car.

You can choose not to indulge those sort of negative emotional thought spirals. You can learn to not think and make choices based on simple emotion. By doing so you become a better thinker. IQ might be a fairly stable measure, but you can still learn to become a better thinker. If you're on Fedi you have that potential.
