You smoke all the cigarettes, and when you're out you don't replace them with cigarettes. You get a cheap tobacco pipe instead and smoke that. Switch to it completely.

Then one day when you run out of tobacco you switch to flake tobacco, the shit fishermen smoke. It will absolutely wreck you so bad you will never smoke again.
