@shortstories My current management only care about metrics, quotas, and bonuses for leadership. I transferred from my previous company who had different management but didn’t survive. I work as a package delivery driver for a delivery service provider contracted by Amazon.

Amazon promoted the leadership that treats their employees like servants instead of people and the company that treated their employees like people didn’t survive because it didn’t make the metrics. It’s toxic and common.

So Amazon does not hire you but hires a third party, I assume as a legal shield so that the third party is liable instead of amazon

@Scubbie 100% agree, just found out Hellman’s Mayo primary ingredient is Soybean oil and a bunch of other industrial chemicals.
