Grocery stores used to give food away they couldn't sell until they got sued. TFM doesn't realize he is helping people on the MMM someone could call the SEC and report him. Govt is looking for a reason to Dox him. Americans are untrustworthy, always slick shit and trying to pull a fast one on you..

FinRA is not the government, but a self regulatory private trade organization that puts voluntary restrictions on its members in exchange for membership. It's like how real estate agents are often members of "the National Organization of Realtors" so they can call themselves "realtor" on their business card.
