Do not go out; it will work quickly and you will be in and out of the bathroom until you are completely flushed out. I do this once a month. Also, those supplements that claim to raise testosterone are fraudulent. They label them as testosterone boosters because they have "proprietary blend" listed as ingredients. Steroids work.
