@Scubbie please drop this. It doesn't matter what the Regime wants to do with climate change and carbon credits, because BRICS is made of manufacturers and commodities exporters who aren't going to tolerate paying a carbon tax to the West for no benefit.
The US can't use sanctions and military action to threaten the world anymore, it's over.
