@Tfmonkey @ArmchairEconomist01 @leespringfield1903 Given the ubiquitous nature of male prison rape, they should just add rape to the sentence. Everyone knows it happens, most people chuckle about it, and others endorse it with their silence.

It shouldn't be.
I would say the criminals being in prison and losing their rights is the punishment.
And even when they get out, many of them find it hard to get employed and lose their 2A rights. Though some states decided to let criminals released from prison, vote now.
