Now I asked a man who converted if the Mohel sucked it when people convert
He basically said sometimes depending on the circumstances ( from what I am guessing some "orthodox" groups expect it )
He seemed to admit they sucked him until I said Jew Mohel sex abused him then he tried to dodge admission

Person pointed out they have female Mohels but never said if the Mohel that abused them was male or female

What they do cannot be explained by mere material transactional prositution. There is no secular moral argument here that could make sense, nor any health argument.
There is a Liturgical aspect to what they do that can only be explained by something metaphysical.
