Honestly, that's not an easy nut to crack. The collective "West" is out of the question, and that leaves BRICS-affiliated countries.
I wouldn't do India, or Africa, or China. Brazil is possible, Russia wouldn't work for me. Both have hard language requirements.
Then there's a few outliers like Malaysia/Singapore where it's still possible to get by with English as a first language.
I think the least worst option is South America.
> FWIW I've heard good things about Kenya and Uganda.
Not a chance.
5K/mnth sounds steep, but agree with all the rest.
@UncleIroh I don't blame you, a weak central gov is a double edged sword.
On one hand you have more freedom but on the other hand you have less stability so not the best if you want to raise a family.
5k/mo is steep but I calculated that based on my current lifestyle.
Luxuries one tasted become necessites and when it comes to how I live my standards are as high as a woman in her 20's
@UncleIroh It sure isn't but I embrace the challenge.
Great minds think alike.
FWIW I've heard good things about Kenya and Uganda.
Russia/China/India are HARD no for me.
I'm personally looking into southeast asia and south america.
The good news is that based on my napkin math you only need about 5k/month to live well in south america as long as you have remote income.
Remote income is like a basic bitch,it's hard to get because everyone want it, but its doable.
