I turned 29 today, Happy Birthday to me!
@TenaciousGoat - A man's thirties are his prime of life. And if you play your cards well, it's a pretty slow and easy descent from there. However you want your body to look & perform, your thirties are the last decade to get there. After 40, things start breaking and staying broke.

I think my body is in great shape because my job is 100% physical. I essentially get paid to workout. It’s my habits that need correcting, but it’s nothing too difficult.
