The Investment Advisers Act of 1940 prohibits you from advises people about stocks etc. So I would not take the chance on a DDJ turning me in. He probably is in the clear but govts will use anything they can to perform a fishing exhibition. This is why I don't help people in general. It is so easy to be railroaded by the system
