This is main reason why all processed food have added sugars and this is reason why processed food is bad.
Try one day full carnivore diet and you will see how plants taste bad day after.
If you thing sugar is good when it is metabolized first. Even alcohol is metabolized first. So eating sugars is like drinking alcohol even microbiom ferments in your gut.
@Stahesh @37712 Well I guess we a direferent then I used to have diabetes nocturna blindness asma AND overweight all these problems in my own experience went away just after a weeks cutting out meat, dairy and eggs after that I decided never going ti be a Slave for Bigpharma anymore since then I have been med free from 6 medication a used to need just to work.
@VeganMGTOW @37712 I tried it with leafy greens and other vegetables with some meat in it. As dressing I had olive oil or mayonnaise with added some spices like pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika and garlic. Sometimes I even made dressing with plain or greek yogurt.
I tried to experiments with ratios of plants to meat in my salads. When I had more meat in it my body gets better. So from this point I know my body likes carnivore diet.
@Stahesh @37712 What I eat daily in The Vegan Diet Big Portions like 3 servers of rice with either beans, garbanzo, lentils etc with sometimes avocado or eggplant a salad carrot+ potatoes with Veganmayonesse and Green leafy salad for the imagination I eat a lot cause I am physical active my side job Is as a personal trainer for these overweight woman but The extra cash worth it. I am 5 10" Wright 210 pretty muscular not a bodybuilder just natural muscular only take vitamina B12 as suplement.

Because when I eat mainly meat or eggs cooked in lard with some spices. My psoriasis and tooth decay gets better. Even brain fog goes away.
But when I try to eat "normal" diet. Where are potatoes, rice, Pastry, vegetables or fruits. My gut feels bad and my symptoms get worse.
From normal diet a tried salads. When everybody talked how healthy they are.
