I would not even call him a vegetarian but some people call people who eat fish only vegetarians and do not call fish meat

@shortstories Yeah Is not perfect there wasn't enough nutritional information in those days for example vitamina B12 hasn't been discover yet he do what he could to reduce animal abuse even if he wasn't 100% Vegan for today standards his intentions put him in The road.

Milk has vitamin B12 when taken but unless it is skim milk it is very bad for most people's health because of the animal fat and cholesterol
Because of tax system people can not afford to sell milk without kill bulls / cows. Milk does not kill
He could have just went on milk without the fish and he would have been fine if he got
ALA Omega 3 from plant sources like flax seeds or chia seeds
But they probably did not yet know that

Everything else you can get on Vegan diet without "weird science"
Very difficult to get as much Calcium as suggested on Vegan diet without supplements or calcium as an artificial added ingredient
The calcium in soy milk is added
The calcium in almond milk is added
It is very difficult to eat enough almonds to get that much calcium
I do not know of any other dietary elements or "minerals" that are hand to get Vegan everything else reasonable
@shortstories You can get B12 from nutritional yeast, duckweed or as simple suplement (this one I what I do). Calcium come that one Is The easiest all leafy Green are loaded with calcium Kale, spinash, lettuce etc etc also Tofú hace gold amount of calcium
@shortstories Yeah nutritional yeast Is The Vegan Parmesan Cheese you added in pasta, salad etc etc. Duckweed you can find it un chinese and korean tradicional dishes can be found in asian stores. AND no The calcium in Tofú Is not added soy have Lot of calcium Tofú Is Made from soy a Good source of protein too with no fats so Is pretty useful to buuld muscle
@shortstories No what I mean Is that Vegans use nutritional yeast like a sustitude of Parmesan Cheese Is not a process product Is just yeast.
So would I sprinkle yeast from yeast packets you use to make bread on top of a salad?
@shortstories Is naked nutritional yeast don't know if Is The same The use to make bread but yeah sprinkle The same way you do with Parmesan Cheese. AND obviously nutritional yeast don't have saturated fats cholesterol hormones.
So I just buy a certain brand of yeast sprinkle it on food and eat the food
without cooking it?

I used to make bread with yeast packets you cut open with a scissors
You needed to add sugar and water and possibly other ingredients in the bread dough for the yeast to work
