I would not even call him a vegetarian but some people call people who eat fish only vegetarians and do not call fish meat

@shortstories Yeah Is not perfect there wasn't enough nutritional information in those days for example vitamina B12 hasn't been discover yet he do what he could to reduce animal abuse even if he wasn't 100% Vegan for today standards his intentions put him in The road.

@shortstories You can get B12 from nutritional yeast, duckweed or as simple suplement (this one I what I do). Calcium come that one Is The easiest all leafy Green are loaded with calcium Kale, spinash, lettuce etc etc also Tofú hace gold amount of calcium
The calcium in tofu like the soymilk is artificially added
Buy a packet of frozen edamame soybeans and look at the nutrition facts and see how little calcium it has per gram of protein compared to tofu and soymilk
Also look at the nutrition facts on a frozen block of spinach. A frozen block of spinach has more spinach in it then the largest bag of spinach I can find normally at a grocery store

Can you buy yeast packets and do something with them?

@shortstories Yeah nutritional yeast Is The Vegan Parmesan Cheese you added in pasta, salad etc etc. Duckweed you can find it un chinese and korean tradicional dishes can be found in asian stores. AND no The calcium in Tofú Is not added soy have Lot of calcium Tofú Is Made from soy a Good source of protein too with no fats so Is pretty useful to buuld muscle
Can I just get the yeast in pure form, I assume the vegan cheese has a lot of other ingredients than the yeast

I used to make bread with yeast packets you cut open with a scissors
You needed to add sugar and water and possibly other ingredients in the bread dough for the yeast to work

@shortstories Is naked nutritional yeast don't know if Is The same The use to make bread but yeah sprinkle The same way you do with Parmesan Cheese. AND obviously nutritional yeast don't have saturated fats cholesterol hormones.
So I just buy a certain brand of yeast sprinkle it on food and eat the food

@shortstories You don't need multivitamins or minerals in vegan Diet just eat plants AND mushrooms leds process you can get.
The only real suplement that a Vegan need are vitamin B12,
vitamin D2/D3 if you live in a place with low sun exposure like UK
AND sometimes Vegan Omega 3 if for whatever reason you can't get enough from food
Besides those 3 you really dont need More suplement if you eat a balance whole food plant base diet

I do not know how to get Vegan B12
Everything else you can get on Vegan diet without "weird science"
Very difficult to get as much Calcium as suggested on Vegan diet without supplements or calcium as an artificial added ingredient
The calcium in soy milk is added
The calcium in almond milk is added
It is very difficult to eat enough almonds to get that much calcium
I do not know of any other dietary elements or "minerals" that are hand to get Vegan everything else reasonable
