@RodrickSage 🤣🤣🤣 I am what You call endomorphs and My Diet consist in 80% carbs.
Humans supposedly tend to eat a higher percent of meat in their diet than other primates but might tend to be weaker in terms of the maximum force per muscle mass they can produce in short duration activities
A large proportion of the difference is most likely explained by genetics
Possibly also that we are not doing constant arm exercises hanging from trees with our body weight all day
There might simply be a different percent of fast and slow twitch muscle fibers
There might be an exception to what I said regarding sloths and certain very slow primates
Maybe they have a higher percent of slow twitch muscle fibers also
I would guess more of the differences between humans and other primates are related to genetics than percent of fat vs carb and meat vs plants in diets

Might also be simply modernity; we invented cattle domestication and most of us don't do much manual labor
Humans were a lot fucking bigger when we first diverged from homo erectus etc

Perhaps Asians are smaller because agrarian slavery, and military hierarchies, were invented a long long time ago, in that part of the world.
亚洲人较小, 农业奴隶制是在那边发明的。官方军事组织, 在那边发明的。很久以前。
More people, less land, less meat per person.
更多的人,更少的土地,更少的肉,每个人。
Whereas Africans are still hunter gatherers to this day.
黑人,在非洲, 在丛林荒野狩猎。

@shortstories @RodrickSage That is a lie human tend to eat higher porcent in sea food like seaweed and sea Bugs compare to other primates the higher porcent of Omega 3 in sea food is what gives US the Powerbrain above other primates that is why humans and whales are the most smarters being in this World. Wasnt meat meat just was an oportunistic caloríes that is all and Make human sick cause the only reason we can eat Meat without dying from diahrrea Is cause we cooked the meat.
@VeganMGTOW @RodrickSage
Humans might have better endurance but lower strength than other known species that mainstream biologists classify as primates
Supposedly exercising above a certain intensity for more than a certain duration requires carbohydrates and can not be done with fat alone for metabolism
Supposedly in the absence of sufficient carbohydrate protein will be converted to carbohydrate
This might have enabled humans to do long duration craftsmanship that advanced technology
