Cloud seeding (CS) are operations used for diverse functions, including having more rain in targeted areas.
The UAE government must give permission to carry on CS ops. The media is dismissing CS as a valid cause of the flood or minimizing it, in favor of Climate change narrative.
Does it look to you like the time tested scheme of government creating/worsening a crisis, and present itself as a solution ?

Cloud seeding is used extensively by all governments.
I believe that part of the reason why there's such a coordinated media taboo about it is because it's an instrumental technology in the creating justification for the "climate change emergency" - a slow build of years of bullshit "data" that can be used to justify all kinds of fuckery, including lockdowns, when the time comes.
