Delusions of grandeur? Perhaps. But NYC was once a barren island in a convenient location. Some guy (lost to history) cast his gaze there and thought to himself: "Hmm, maybe I should build something there..."

I like your attitude but IMO there are countries where you can still find good women.
Fun fact: the only time I've been in love in a healthy relationship was outside the west.
