@charliebrownau - published in 1989. I picked it up used for $650 (new reprints go for $1,300)
As far as I know, there are two main editions. I think the first one was published in the 50's. I got this one off of eBay, and I think the earlier version was substantially cheaper, though naturally tends to be more worn and torn.
But I'm good with 1989 levels of academic wokeness. And I gotta say... This thing is pretty exhaustive.
