@Tfmonkey Just so you know, right now Ukraine is like -21C (-6 Farenheit).
Turning off heating is straight-up death warrant (that's what Germans did to St. Petersburg in 1941 killing thousands of civilians). Russia tries to be careful with the Ukraine: we are killing souldiers, but we are also hell-bent on saving the civilians (at least - that's our propaganda line).
