He said the jail was more like a camp and he practiced playing piano and writing books there
He claims that the government charged him a large fine upon releasing him & he still owes debt for the fine to this day

Yes, there is nothing the government can realistically do. They don't need taxes anyway, they can just print infinite money.
What they NEED is men working and maintaining their system. Taxation is mostly a fear tactic and strategy to keep men poor and working their whole lives.
Those who pay rent, pay the rent to those who pay property tax and those who free load are beholden to the person giving them free rent or they get kicked out so it is not really free
This property tax payment enslaves people by forcing them to spend their time working through a chain that traces back to the government that issues the money
They do not need money to build a bridge or prison building but they need people to spend their time doing labor to build it
The purpose of the property tax is so that people must be employed by a organization tracing back to the government through a chain
ultimately creating some jobs of the governments choosing that must be done in the way the government chooses
You have to pay the money not to go to jail and you can only get the money through a chain of employers leading back to the government
If you could pay with anything even whiskey then they could not force people to do specific jobs
If you could pay in Whiskey then you could do your own thing independent of the chain leading to the government to get the whiskey to pay the taxes
Then they would lose the ability for certain specific types of jobs of the government's choice being enforced upon the public

Property tax can only be paid exclusively in government currency
Government currency exclusively is given to legal persons such as public employees, government organizations and private corporations by the government
This means the common person must work directly with the government as a public employee or through a chain leading back to the government through a corporation or organization in order to get money to pay property tax not to be arrested for vagrancy while sleeping
