Islam follows simple tribalistic rules with severe punishments: niggers can only do easy.
Islam make women second-class citizens who are valued for family formation: that means women see men as their superior (fulfilling her hypergamy) and she can focus on raising her own children.
It's effective.
The only issue is Islam is antithetical to an advanced society with high and complex technologies. Segregation is the only feasible solution for everyone.
