Average rent is between 2k and 3k.
Total average expenses for goes from $4000-$8000, depending on family size. You can only save money if you're single.

Instead, if you have your own repair shop or work in one where you can charge $120-$150, near your house in a very cheap location, totally flexible and you can DEDUCT all your business expenses from it WITHOUT even having to interview or college?
