The truth is a lot worse. The people that are leaving are the productive workers, business owners and the few last taxpayers.
What will replace them, that arrives every day are communists, homeless, immigrants from africa and more family of the hispanics who live off welfare.

Logically communism can work, as long as you have hard slavery.
