If you're underemployed listen up!

1. If you can't display your skills they're worthless. You need some certifications or a portfolio for people to hire you

2. Don't be afraid to shamelessly self promote. When I was looking for a job I literally tell anyone who would listen about what I had to offer.

3. Consider self-employment/business ownership-
to avoid vaccine mandates, incompetent coworker etc.
