The South is the last vestige of sanity only because they're slow to change. However Americans are too obese and mentally ill to truly rebel so I have no faith in the US.
However I have more faith I can ghost abroad than in the US because unless you're not famous or retarded most countries don't care what you do as long as you pay taxes
