@basedbagel I'm not an expert on the UAE, but I'm pretty sure they have a dominant ethnic culture that comes with very strict laws and couldn't care less about how extreme they are or what other nationalities think about them.
You can have people from different backgrounds, but you must have a dominant ethnic identity, that everyone submits to. No chinatowns, no racial segregation, everyone must be integrated in the culture to an extent.
