Every stage of life I think to myself:
"These are the dumbest people I've ever met"
Then I get to a new stage of life and meet people so much worst I miss the old dummies.
This also applies to politicians

I agree.
It was a figure of speech to emphasize how the new people were so terrible they made me "nostalgic" for the old ones.
I don't actually miss any of them. I still hate them all but there's too many of them and not enough time in the day to eradicate them.
So I bitch on mastodon instead 😂
