Is it true the government can control the weather from a military base in Alaska?

Serious replies only please I'm genuinely curious.

@basedbagel

All the weather radar signals from multiple locations claimed to be used to measure weather conditions for the news actually modify weather conditions

Additionally water is emmitted from smoke stacks or chimneys

And Jets and Planes spray chemicals

These can only effect local weather where they occur

But by doing so at all local locations in the world the weather in any location in the known world can be modified

Weather Wars 101 claimed something like that before shut down

@basedbagel

There still is a weather wars electronic book and maybe a physical one that could be purchased and it linked to youtube videos in the electronic version that could be watched

But the old website no longer seemed to work properly and be suspicious of getting a computer viirus by going to I suspect

The old site could be viewed with way back machine

from web dot archive dot org /*/ insert websites name

Maybe that is how I found the boom I do not remember

@basedbagel

Do you want me to send you a link to purchase the weather wars book on Amazon if I can find it

It is a very short and simple read other than the numerous youtube videos it links to which do not make much sense to me and would take a lot of time to watch

@basedbagel

There are videos from the Crowhouse with Max Igan that explain the concepts in the book I described that is how I learned about the book

There is not much more to it other than what I already told you

The only area I feel I could explain better is how the water is strategically sent into the atmosphere as steam from different large facilities because I do not know the terminology of the name of these facilities

Or the terminology of the name of the tech that sends signals, etc.

@basedbagel

Basically by boiling water at different locations at different times it can influence where and when clouds form to effect rain patterns

The book says Haarp in Alaska is obsolete and out of date weather modification equipment and they have more advanced stuff at multiple locations and all the facilities used by the news to measure weather through signals accomplish something similar to Haarp but at multiple locations not Alaska only

@basedbagel

typo "Maybe that is how I found the boom I do not remember"

Maybe that is how I found the book I do not remember
