@freepatriot The USA isn't a police state. That title still belongs to the UK. Yes, you have some dumb laws, that the police have to enforce, but I can assure you, that you would found the UK far more sufficating. Not to mention actually extreme places like Iran or North Korea. Russia and China also pretty restrictive, but that's mostly because they don't want to americanized and they're technically autocracies.

And if broken any litter from their remains must be cleaned up before voting is permitted

The problem is so called food deserts with no shopping carts to return might be able to vote

An additional requirement for fixing property damaged due to riots could be imposed

Anarchy doesn't mean that bags will be banned and everyone will get food stamps.

I miss the good old days where the US used to sell them weapons to fight Iraq.

And the US sold Iraq poison gas to use on Iran.
