@freepatriot My man, deregulating in order to reduce construction costs would actually make sense. We can’t have things that make sense. Because Whites naturally thrive in sensible circumstances; and so any/all circumstances must be rendered senseless by every possible means at the State’s disposal.

@reallyangry @KingOfWhiteAmerica @freepatriot No zoning and no building permits required outside municipal areas/city limits are a big reason why many rural parts of Texas have stayed majority white for such a long time. As a property owner, the only things you need a permit for in much of rural Texas are if you want to drill a well or install a septic tank on a property <10ac or in a water mgmt area.

@KingOfWhiteAmerica @freepatriot without regulations you'd basically have white people building their own homes and niggers living in mud huts can't have that.

@h4890 @kibcol1049 @Jonricha You are right to demand empirical proof. In science, theory and empirical data (experimental observation) work side by side. Ultimately, theory provides the explanation, but it must be supported by the data. Sometimes, that data can be very hard to collect. Maybe a new instrument is needed, and it must be invented first. That might take a very long time. If a theory is inherently untestable, it doesn’t contribute to science. Skepticism is healthy.

At the core of anarcho capitalist thought, is an emphasis on self-ownership and the non-aggression principle. Under the latter, individuals are free to go about their lives provided that they do not violate other people’s rights. That means people’s persons or property would be secured from external aggression.

This logic doesn’t just apply to interactions between individuals but also between society and the state.

I never managed to appreciate Wagner Operas until AI recommended me not to listen to them, but to experience the whole Opera with the visuals as well. Obvious perhaps, but not to me.

So I did. I downloaded The Ring and boy was it better on video with subtitles. I am surprised at how music which I always thought was bland and boring in isolation, all of a sudden fit perfectly with the scene and the setting.

I'm very happy I gave it a new chance. Currently half way through the rung cycle! =)

@meltedcheese @kibcol1049 Honestly though, “follow the science” or “trust the science” are phrases that grate on me a bit, because they imply that the scientific consensus is always clear, unbiased and final, which it isn’t. Certainly, our sensationalist media make everything worse by glomming onto whatever latest (perhaps poorly done) study will get clicks. And some people are blockheads and ignore an overwhelming body of evidence, e.g. for global warming. But even…

A woman who swore at Nigel Farage as she was driving past, and received a swift dose of cosmic justice. Seeing the Reform UK leader, the unidentified motorist rolled down her window and shouted “w***er”, but was so distracted that she failed to notice the car in front of her stopping at a red light, and crashed into it. As Farage said later on social media: “That’s what you might call instant karma.”

Hilarious! It looks as if electric car owners in the UK will have to pay tax based on the distance they are driving.

I've been arguing that this will happen for many, many years.

First people are hounded to buy an expensive electric car to "save the environment" and then, when the tax income from gasoline decreases, the electric car owners are hit with mileage tax.

On this platform, surely no one can be surprised, but I am happy that ignorant climate hysteria fools will

thought is if this might actually lead to a resurgence for classic theater and opera?

Maybe people will become fed up with artificial, screen based entertainment, and in a wish for more "human" entertainment, perhaps they will flock to theaters and operas again?

That would be a fascinating counter trend!

AI-generated micro dramas are getting increasingly popular in china. AI is there becoming a powerful tool for creators. Have a look!

Europe just keeps sliding further and further down into oblivion and the only skill is regulations and socialism, which provably will lead to collapse. Just like it did in the soviet union.

I also wonder if this means that Hollywod actors salaries will decrease? If so, and they will be replaced with AI, I would be very happy!

"And the people said one unto another, 'Behold, he speaketh boldly and feareth not the clamor of his adversaries.' And they gathered unto him from the highways and the cities, saying, 'Let the work be finished which was begun.' And they rejoiced, each according to the hope that was in his heart.".
