I am giving many of the Democrat voters the benefit of the doubt that like many Republican voters they are simply voting for the least worst option. But this recent turn of events should make it obvious that the Democrat party should not be trusted.
I know I cannot trust the Republican party, but I vote for them more often as the less worse option. I am usually content if they just stay out of my way. That happens in most cases, so I am not disappointed most often.
For those who are "vote blue no matter who," I have to wonder what they think of the Democrat party these days. Surely they cannot be happy that they kept Joe Biden on the ticket in spite of the fact that they had 4 years to get an alternative.
It shows that the party is incompetent or is underhanded. That is, the latter can only be true if their plan was to demonstrate that they need a Biden replacement pronto.
Though I know many Dem voters hold their nose to vote just like many GOP voters.
Not planning on watching the debate. Maybe will see highlight clips, but no sense in watching all of it. I already know how I will vote.
If you are someone who needs to watch a debate to help you determine who you will vote for, it tells me you should not be voting because you are an emotionally driven, low information voter. We need less of that kind of voter, thank you very much.
I personally know people who brought up the idea of getting the next booster shots because "we just don't know how bad this variant will be." What this showed me was that this is not an issue of "seeing the same thing and interpreting it differently." Rather, we are looking at entirely different sources of information and these people have never had real exposure to anything contrary to the legacy media narrative.
Just because you have seen some Twitter screencaps and random news articles about how "they are admitting that Covid was all a hoax" does not mean that the general public is now aware of this fact. The people you knew before that were hysterical about Covid still think it was a "deadly pandemic" and have no clue that a lot of the "Covid deaths" were padded out numbers by marking everyone with a positive test as a "Covid death" regardless if it even had anything to do with their death.
I do not think it is predistined for any group to be in the "trash category." But the same people who use the perjorative "white trash" accept the same behaviors from other racial groups. White people who are in the lower class give them a punching bag that is politically correct, thanks to anti-white political attitudes.
The truth they do not want to acknowledge as that whites are the only ones given the added label of "trash" is because it is considered atypical for whites to be in this category. But to say this for any other race would be "hurtful" because deep down they know it is true that other races have "trashy" behavior as something that is quite common with them, but they do not want to admit it.
Thinking back on that song that has the lyrics "No Russian ever called me white trash," it makes me ponder. Why is the label of "trash" only associated with whites? Yes, the anti-white attitudes are obvious, but there is another thing at play. Those very same anti-whites would have great anger at the term "black trash" or any other label, even if they were to act in a matter equivalent or worse than "white trash."
Looks like this will be my new home. Warning: I (probably) have Asperger's, so my be prepared for my autism to show through.
I don't think I am a right wing extremist, but I am sure anyone with low testosterone might think otherwise.
