2 brands. Could not find the Polar brand TFM mentions but picked up Wild Planet. Compared to the Seasons brand,Wild planet cost less and actually tastes better due to being lightly smoked. High in Omega 3 between 900 mg and 1,800 mg per serving (roughly 3–4 oz or 100g)
