1 I am opposed to people downloading that illegal material
2 The law should change so that it should be legal to download that material
3 If people are filming themselves committing crimes then it would be easier for vigilantes to find them if the vigilantes can legally download the material
4 It will prevent police from uploading matertial that is illegal into free speech platforms they do not like in order to shut down free speech platforms
