Also if you can not do basic math without a calculator you should not be allowed to vote, attend college, attend high school, have parental custody, be considered able to consent, be considered able to have the rights and responsibilities that someone who could consent would have

People don't vote for free stuff and oppress the productive due to incompetence, it's a combo of envy, entitlement and self interested resentment.
Ex. To avoid the bad you didn't need to be smart, you just needed a 💳 and courage.

Anyone who has children before they can learn to multiply numbers without a calculator should have their children taken away from them and put in a gender segregated reeducation camp to prevent them from reproducing again until they learn math, once they pass the math exam and possibly other requirements they can get child custody back if they want it
