Did they just yell out to strangers that they are going to commit a crime?
Also why have not the Clintons been arrested for Alleged Haiti crimes that allegedly actually happened but instead some people were arrested for some alleged plan to commit a crime in the future without actually having done anything other than allegedly say some words in a plan
