So I wanted to comment on my diet so far, (keto net 40 carbs a day + removing all sugar) it's been great so far lost about 7-8 kg within the first week and I've gotten an actual workout plan from a PT which has been great so far

@VooDooMedic Nice. On workout sessions:
Build an A, B Split. Split A: chest, shoulders, triceps. Split B: back, biceps. Do A Split Mon, Fri; B Split Wed, Sat. And do legs on Sat. Cardio on Tues, Thurs. Sunday is off day. That's what I do.
