@VooDooMedic. I know we talk about leaning out and losing weight, on The TFM Show, but I am of the other school of thought when it comes to training. I want to be able to run, but I Must be able to maintain 220 lbs/100 kg, so long as I am conditioning for strength and endurance, I Must also be physically imposing.
