The hard truth about that is it's because he is black, and black culture is typically low-trust.
Compare with the Japanese who are a famously high-trust culture. Leave your laptop or wallet on a train in Japan and you can expect to see it again.
That just sounds crazy to some people.

@UncleIroh Agreed. I think itnis funny when Blacks comment and make posts like this like it is foreign to them. They always want to make it about race; so they can remain relavent.
The Japanese, Chinese, Indians, upper quintiles basically; it is normal to respect other people's property.
