@shortstories This was in 1992. Harvey passed in 2009.
I remember the Ozone Layer "scare" and how in elementary school they would teach us to avoid CFC's and aerosol cans.
This was Harvey debunking it and around the time the FBI went after him; in 1992.
This was just something I remembered, growing up.
