People believe they are these elite security detail/fighters that can kill you with their bare hands. Proficient in firearms and observation skills. gtfoh.
They are, as well as cops, are all smoke and mirrors. They just select for those who are 6'2" or taller with a squared jawline and look good in a dark suit and sunglasses.

They might look for people in the acting industry or who want to join the acting industry but were not good enough for movies and TV shows that are officially fiction so they made them crisis actors on the news instead
