If you suspend the writ of habeas corpus, there is no judicial authority to review if somebody is illegal or not. The administration could declare me illegal, throw my white ass in prison indefinitely, and there ain’t shit to be done about it.

@freepatriot they violate habeas corpus all the time. Didn't obama write some law about prolonged detention? I think it was quashed.
